Deliveries
Our delivery/postage charges are stated on check out of purchases. Please note that, although the maximum charge shown for delivery/postage will not be more than £38.00, there may be an additional charge for our larger or heavier items (e.g. wheels). In this case a mutual agreement would be made via e-mail or telephone.

Safe and secure payments may be made with most major credit/debit cards. Our system is so fast you will not believe it all checked and authorized by Sage/Pay Protx leaders in web safe on-line shopping. Use your favourite credit card.

Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with anything purchased from pricedright ltd, please return it, with a copy of your invoice, within 14 days of the invoice date. We will exchange the item or give you a refund. No questions asked!

Goods must be returned in their original condition and at the customer’s expense. Please do not open skin-packed packages or try to mount a part if you think you may return it. Once opened, we cannot take items back.

Installed merchandise cannot be returned. Once opened, skin-packed items cannot be re-sold as new. Please, therefore, do not open a skin-packed item if you think you may return it. We cannot take any item back after it has been opened.

Defects:
In the unlikely event that the merchandise is defective, it will be replaced provided it is returned to us within the 14 day period and subject to confirmation of its condition from the manufacturer.
